The admins over at thesgl are going mad for cups at the moment, and here comes another one to add to their collection. It will ofcourse be a 1 nighter, and instead of the normal games we have been seen to be playing recently, its on CoD4, something we do like to play every now and again.
Another clutch of sixteen Call of Duty 4 teams are invited to show their prowess under fire in the upcoming confliKt17 one night stand.
We intend to produce a steady stream of these events on the run up to both the CGS CoD4 kick off event and our own bootcamp/party/event also to be held at the Omega Sektor in Birmingham over the weekend of 7th and 8th June. We have just added the Friday night as a full blown party night to this celebration of all things gaming which certainly sounds like it's going to be one hell of a night...
Back to the shooting however - confliKt16 ran smooth enough after we got past the first round, it is always a shame when teams registered to play simply don't turn up especially as there is very little we can doabout at the actual time.
So bearing that in mind guys we are looking for sixteen RELIABLE teams for this event. If you have any query on this event please contact an @ in #theSGL ( adam/uzi/jan_n3d/Blizzard best options).

Its up to you lads if we make a clan on SGL cod4 and apply for this event, but it mght be worth it. Decide in the comments please. Even if we have a mix team for it, we can do so.

Well theres a new event on the block, this time on the SGL where by CZ teams go full out for a cup victory. This time its a one nighter with some of the poular maps and only 16 teams competing.
The CZiL season five has of course been and gone and many a match was contested to the death. Many and varied were the maps and so were the requests for "the 1.6 version of the map" and in equal measure "the cz version of the map". Well clal me old fashioned but I always believed a condition Zero event should feature CZ maps - so that's what you are getting here.
For one night only and including up to sixteen teams in 5v5 action the Impact cup will feature four rounds of matches starting with sixteen teams facing off on de_dust2 that most popular of arenas. The surviving eight teams will test their mettle on de_inferno replete with nightime skies as is the CZ tradition. The four teams eyeing each other up at this time will be sent to nuke (yes, the CZ version again) before the final two teams duke it out on cbble.
There we have it one quick smash of CZ action - sixteen teams down to one team in three hours in one night. Sign up is open and we look forward to seeing as many as you takin part as possible. Don't forget it's first come first served and that mixes will also be welcomed to make up the numbers if need be - actual teams will of course take priority.

Well once again were in another ED event, this time for money!
We have been accepted into the EDCZ bomb plant bonnaz. We will be competing in a group for a prize fund of £50, not a lot, but £50 pays for our dedi box for a month!
While it seems fair to say we can win that money, when you look at our group you suddenly get brought back down to Earth! We will be competing against Echo-Gaming, Band of Death and Mind Games over the next 3 weeks, starting from Sunday the 20th, thats tomorow!
